After following the tiny house movement for years as dreamers, we decided to take a faith leap and become more "movable." We had explored the builds of several tiny home builders and had some ideas of what our dream tiny home would be. When we came across the work of JTMH on some different social media sites, we were both confident in their ability to create our home and do it with integrity. We were especially interested in their custom-designed trailers. We began the build process through phone calls with Justin in November 2018 from our home in PA and did not meet him or his crew until June when our house was nearly completed. The communication and clarity of ideas that Justin was able to achieve through phone and email was remarkable. Being a homeschooling family of four--plus a big dog--our space needed to be designed well with all of our heights and daily needs in mind. Mike and the team configured space and angles and design elements we didn't even know we needed, but we are glad we have! We have been in our tiny house for almost one month now and have not felt cramped for space once! We have ample storage and the space looks clean and attractive, thanks to the craftsmanship of JTMH. The bathroom layout required a lot of creativity and discussions during the build, trying to make it most functional without compromising space in the tiny house. We are impressed by the fact that we now have a spacious, luxurious shower as well as composting toilet and as a stacked washer/dryer in our bathroom!
Being rookies in tiny house living, we have been comforted by Mike's availability to field our random questions and to troubleshoot with us still as we adjust to being owners of a tiny house. We are well pleased!”

We were tiny house ‘dreamers’ long before we met Justin but with a growing family, the time never seemed right to make the dream a reality. So we continued to research, watch the shows, read the
blogs and plan for our tiny house ‘someday’. That day finally arrived when our youngest decided to head North for college and so we began looking for the people to help make our dream a reality.
Luckily for us, we found Justin and JTMH. We reached out to Mike after looking at the models on the JTMH website – we could tell that their work was top notch. We them scheduled an informational call and visit to the JTMH warehouse which confirmed what we thought we already knew – Justin and his team were tiny house builders interested in the highest level of both form
and function. Our first challenge was learning that the standard JTMH models would not work for us. No Problem!
Justin and his team had been working on a new design and he showed us drawings right then and there and we fell in love. We worked with Justin on customizing the design for our needs
– ability to sleep 5 – and were on our way!
The build process was so hassle-free folks started to question us about it. But Justin kept us informed and asked for clarification and input when needed and we had total confidence in the team. And that confidence was rewarded when we saw our home, it was more than we ever could have imagined – from the design to the finishes, everything was perfect. Even the delivery was above our expectations. We had some issues with electrical and Mike stayed onsite with us for a whole Sunday making sure everything was set up properly. Even now, Justin checks in from time to time to make sure things are going OK. We could not be happier with our tiny home and with Justin and the JTMH team.

New on the scene is a builder named Justin who owns JTMH (Fantastic name in my humble opinion.) When we met, I had a clear vision: a mini park model that sleeps at least 5, a master on the bottom floor, a screened in porch, and a massive 28 cubic foot fridge. Justin is fantastic to work with. He sat with me and worked through multiple design requests in order fit my needs and wants. For example, this fridge! I was convinced I wanted a 28-cubic foot, 38’’ deep, 3-drawer beauty. Justin was willing to accommodate this request despite recommending that I go for something smaller. He always tries to meet my vision while still protecting the integrity of his build. (I did eventually compromise with a 24-cubic foot, counter-depth fridge… of which he graciously approved) I can say that Mike has some of the best qualifications for tiny home building!

He contributes toward your ideas and goals. Justin helped me figure out a layout that comfortably accommodated my porch, bottom floor bathroom, and master.
He pays great attention to your details – As I am getting older, my needs are changing. We’ve talked about a seat and hand rails in the shower, and space in the hallway and bedrooms that I may need later in life. He has kept all this in mind during the design process.
He researches like crazy, knowing how and where to find things for your build – For example, I really wanted a separate, stackable washer and dryer. Justin gave me a crash course in AMPs, however where he explained this would push me over my 50 AMP limit, given my other appliances. Knowing I didn’t want an “all-in-one” machine, he began searching for a gas dryer that fit my size requirements. And found one!
He is honest with his timeliness and contracts.
Mostly, Justin is a personable and friendly builder. He will tell you the truth about the details of your project, good or bad. I am thankful and grateful that we stumbled across him at the Tiny Home Festival in Elkton, Florida. He’s helping me turn my BIG vision into a “tiny” reality!

The Lindstrom, our beautiful home that JTMH built by Justin & amazing staff is our dream at the age of 78 and married for 58 years. After having several large homes during those years and me traveling 22 states for 20 years working with architects & contractors building high rise apartments of 500 sq. ft. for the elderly, I realized that we didn't need a large home to take care of at this time in our retirement. I had watched the tiny home shows for about 2 years and finally suggested to my wife, who had trained Maintenance Engineers for many years, that we should look into builders and see what we might like and he was all for it. Thus, we started the process by visiting three builders and JTMH was the final one. We were blown away by the construction from the trailer on to the final details that we went over on our first meeting. Justin leading the entire process but was open to a few changes that I really felt we needed especially after my wife needed to bring oxygen into his life while we were in the process of finalizing the model we had chosen. Justin was amazing to work with changing details and allowing me to make a few suggestions that I knew would enhance the livability for us for years to come. I loved following the process day by day as he posted pictures weekly and sometimes daily of everything during the build. We were most impressed with the steel structure rather than wood as we live in Florida and we are not planning on travel in it although of course, we can. We have now been living in an RV park with the availability of everything from the beach to all shopping and medical facilities and love it. We are so very thankful for both Justin and the great the staff for making our retirement a beautiful time we can enjoy

From the outside, The Henderson looked like such a mishmash of odd shapes glued together. I wasn’t expecting much. However, when I first walked into the inside (with full heat blasting on a cold winter day), I realized how comfortable and well-built the tiny was. Every attention was paid to the details. Somebody put a lot of care into building the place, and it showed.

JTHM's built our tiny home shell last year and did an amazing job. Not only did they consult with us over every single aspect of the design, they also worked with us to craft the design to specifically to our needs as DIY builders and our budget. They went above and beyond to make sure that our shell build was perfect for us. They even put barriers in the wall over important pipes so that when we were completing the build ourselves, we couldn't shoot through important pipes with nails. From the design process, to the build, to the delivery, AND the help after the delivery, everything JTMH did was exceptional. We love our tiny and are so incredibly thankful to have had JTMH build our shell. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a Tiny Home (shell or finished home).

I have wanted a tiny house for nearly five years for my twins and I. When I actually started saving up for one is when I really started to narrow down my list of builders I liked. I live in California, but did not want to limit myself to just what's near me. I had gone to multiple tiny house events to get a feel for what layout would work best for us, what products would work best for long term living, and to see different design styles. I was also keen on having a steel frame, and not every builder works with steel. After compiling this list, searching the internet and Instagram, JTMH's kept ticking off all the boxes. When I was pretty sure this was the builder, I'd gone through their entire Instagram page, which was very informational, and just confirmed when I was ready it would be them.
Fast forward to me calling them to get the ball rolling, Justin was always keeping in the loop as to what stage we were at. Their communication was honestly amazing, which being so far away meant the world to me. From the very start the whole team is very detailed oriented, which is great because so am I. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they were able to give me all those big wants. I was sent progress notes and pictures within an app the entire way. At first I thought not being able to ever step foot at the facility to watch the build in person may be a bit sad, but it really wasn't in the end. I have saved every single progress picture, and felt very included in any follow up questions. When they say their homes are fully customizable, they are not kidding!
My twins and I have the home I have been dreaming of for years. All of my pins on Pinterest have come to life. Sometimes it still feels surreal! When the build was complete they did a live walk through showing me everything, and how things work. For anyone looking for a quality tiny home builder, that will actually last, I would suggest JTMH. When my home was delivered by One Call Logistics, I wasn't surprised by how perfect it was in real life. The driver really took care of my home as if it was his own, and that was seriously a long trek."

Justin and the JTMH team are AMAZING! I had a very particular vision in mind with this chapel and the thought of turning that vision over to someone 1300 miles away was hard but I had nothing to worry about. Justin was always quick to respond , kept me updated with pictures, didn't make and decisions without checking in with me, and was so patient when I needed a day or two to make a decision about an aspect of the chapel. i felt he easily saw my vision and was just as excited about it as I was.
